Art und Zweck der Verarbeitung:

Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten werden zum Zweck der individuellen Kommunikation mit Ihnen gespeichert. Hierfür ist die Angabe einer validen E-Mail-Adresse sowie Ihres Namens erforderlich. Diese dient der Zuordnung der Anfrage und der anschließenden Beantwortung derselben. Die Angabe weiterer Daten ist optional.

Rechtsgrundlage:

Die Verarbeitung der in das Kontaktformular eingegebenen Daten erfolgt auf der Grundlage eines berechtigten Interesses (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Durch Bereitstellung des Kontaktformulars möchten wir Ihnen eine unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme ermöglichen. Ihre gemachten Angaben werden zum Zwecke der Bearbeitung der Anfrage sowie für mögliche Anschlussfragen gespeichert.

Your personal data will be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection law. The following information will inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.

3.) Access data (server log files)

Due to our justified interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 (f), Maschinenfabrik Wagner or the website provider collect data about access to the website and store it anonymously as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

We collect and process personal data (e.g. surname, first name, address), communication data (e.g. telephone, e-mail), contract data (e.g. contractual relationship, product, contractual interest).

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Exchange of information required within the scope of the contractually owed scope of services (in particular performance of the business relationship, conclusion of contracts, processing of orders, deliveries or services, performance of analyses and evaluations)
- Correspondence with interested parties or business partners
- Processing of inquiries about products and services of Maschinenfabrik Wagner

Legal bases for the above-mentioned purposes are in principle Art. 6 para. 1(b) and (f) DSGVO. If it is necessary to store your data due to legal regulations on the provision of services or maintenance of the business relationship, this will only be done within the scope of the legal duties of storage and documentation, taking into account data economy.

We currently do not use any cookies, analysis tools or plug-ins from online networks on our own websites.

 

7.) Contact form

If you contact us via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry. The data provided is necessary for the processing and answering of your enquiry - without its provision we cannot answer your enquiry or can do so only to a limited extent.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Your data will be deleted if your request has been answered conclusively and there are no legal obligations to retain data to prevent deletion, such as for example in the case of any subsequent contract processing.

 

8.) Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties.

Although our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments, since security gaps in data transmission on the Internet can never be completely ruled out, it is not possible to protect data completely from access by third parties.

 

9.) Publication of job advertisements

We offer you the opportunity to apply to us via our Internet presence. With these digital applications, your applicant and application data will be electronically collected and processed by us for the processing of the application procedure. Legal basis for this processing is § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO.

If an employment contract is concluded after the application procedure, we store the data you provide during the application process in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organisational and administrative process - naturally in compliance with further legal obligations. Legal basis for this processing is also § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO.

If an application is rejected, we automatically delete the data transmitted to us two months after notification of the rejection. However, the deletion will not take place if the data require a longer storage period of up to four months due to statutory provisions or until the conclusion of legal proceedings.

The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO and § 24 Para. 1 No. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in legal defence or enforcement. If you expressly consent to the longer storage of your data, e.g. for your inclusion in an applicant or interested party database, the data will be further processed on the basis of your consent. The legal basis is then Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. However, you can of course revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO by notifying us with effect for the future.

The group of persons affected includes customers, interested parties, suppliers, applicants, visitors, and other partners. You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
